TÜRKİYE BAROLAR BİRLİĞİ BAŞKANLIĞINA

Baroya bağlı avukatların veya Resmi Kurum Avukatlarının UYAP kapsamında işletimde olan birimlerdeki işlemlerini adliyeye gitmeden UYAP üzerinden yapabilmelerini sağlayacak Avukat Bilgi Sistemi (Avukat Portalı) kurulmuştur.

UYAP Avukat Bilgi Sistemi hizmetinden faydalanmak isteyen avukatların, Bakanlığımız internet sitesinde (www.adalet.gov.tr) yer alan Başvuru Formundaki bilgileri eksiksiz olarak doldurarak, baro avukatı ise bağlı olduğu baroya onaylatarak, kurum avukatı ise çalıştığı kurumdan resmi bir yazı ekinde UYAP'ın işletimde olduğu Ağır Ceza Merkezlerinde bulunan Adli Yargı Adalet Komisyonu Başkanlıklarına göndermeleri gerekmektedir.

Baro avukatlarının, Komisyonlarca yapılan tanımlama/güncelleme işleminden sonra. Başvuru Formunu bağlı olduğu baroya teslim etmeleri, Baro tarafından bu belgenin Başkanlığımıza ait (0312) 296 88 88 nolu faksına iletilmesi, Başvuru Formlarının haftalık ya da 15 günlük periyotlarla Başkanlığımıza gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.

Başvurusu kabul edilen avukatlar, kendilerine Bilgi İşlem Dairesi Başkanlığı tarafından sağlanan sertifika ile "https://avukat.uyap.gov.tr" adresinden güvenli bir şekilde UYAP'a ulaşarak;

1) UYAP'ta kendilerine ait bilgileri görebileceklerdir.

2) UYAP'ın işletimde olduğu birimlerdeki vekil oldukları tüm dosyalarını ve dosya
içeriğindeki evrakları inceleyebilecek ve bilgisayarlarına kaydedebileceklerdir.

3) Vekâletnamesi olmayan dosyalar için ilgili mahkeme hâkimine inceleme talebi
gönderebilecek ve hâkimin onaylaması ile bu dosyaları inceleyebileceklerdir.

4) İstedikleri tarih aralığı için adliye ayrımı olmaksızın UYAP'ın işletimde olduğu tüm
yargı birimlerindeki duruşmalarının listesini alabileceklerdir.

5) Elektronik imza sahibi avukatlar bürolarından çevrimiçi (online) dava açabilecek, icra
takibi yapabilecek ve yargılama faaliyetleri ile ilgili her türlü evrakı elektronik imzalı
olmak kaydıyla sistem üzerinden ilgili adli birime gönderebileceklerdir.

6) Avukatların yukarıda sayılan işlemleri internet aracılığı ile bürolarından yapabilmelerini
temin amacıyla Akbank A.Ş. ile protokol yapılmış olup, bunun sonucunda Akbank
şubelerine hesap açtıran avukatların;

a) İnternet üzerinden açacakları davalara ilişkin her türlü harç ve masrafı internet üzerinden yatırabilmeleri,

b) Derdest dosyaları için her türlü masrafı internet üzerinden yatırabilmeleri,

c) İcra Dairelerinde başlatacakları icra takipleri için veya hâlihazırda devam eden icra takipleri için her türlü harç ve masrafı internet üzerinden yatırabilmeleri,

Gibi imkânlar sağlanmıştır.
