Otel rezervasyon iptali
Merhabalar pazartesi günü HRS adlı aracı firmayı kullanarak otel rezervasyonu yaptırmıştım. Ancak otel fiyatta bir yanlışlık var diyerek rezervasyonumu iptal etmiş.Bana da aşağıdaki epostayı yolladılar. Bu durumda ne yapabilirim ne gibi haklarım var?

We refer to your booking of 4th July
We regret to inform you that your booking has been declined by the hotel.
The reason for this is as follows: The hotel Castle Boutique has informed us, that the price shown on our portal had been entered by the hotel by mistake, and that the correct price amounts to 42,00 EUR per night and room.
Therefore, the hotel has issued a declaration of avoidance. Consequently, your accommodation contract with the hotel is to be regarded as having been void from the outset.
Please note that this declaration of avoidance has been issued by the hotel, and is not a declaration by HRS.
We kindly ask you to let us know if you would like us to issue a booking with the hotel for the correct price stated above
We sincerely regret any inconveniences caused. Sadly it is not always possible to avoid mistakes.
Contracts for the relevant services are concluded directly between users and their chosen hotel through the reservation procedure. All rights and obligations arising from the hotel contract, apply directly and exclusively between the person booking the room and his chosen hotel.
We are sorry that you are unsatisfied, however we hope you will appreciate that there has been no misconduct from the HRS side and therefore we kindly suggest you to please contact the hotel management directly should you wish to request a commercial gesture, or to invoice them directly with costs you cannot reclaim back. Kindly be assured that HRS has taken every possible action to prevail upon the hotel to find a customer-oriented solution.
