Merhaba, yaklaşık 2 yıl önce evimi sattım, satarken içerisinde kiracım vardı. Ben farklı şehirdeydim, alıcıları kiracıma yönlendirdim, kiracımın cep telefonunu alıcılara verdim, evimde kiracım var iletişim kurup ona göre evi görebilirsiniz diye. Farklı şehirde olduğum için her almak isteyenle gidip daireye bakamazdım. Kiracım ise kendisinin cep telefonunu alıcılara vermemden dolayı şikayetçi olmuş ve dava açılmış. Sizce burdan ne gibi birşey çıkabilir, bilgisi olanlar yardımcı olabilirse memnun olurum. Kiracımla aramız kiracılıkla ilgili sorunlar sebebiyle biraz soğuktu. Sürekli evde bulunmadığından dolayı alıcıları kendisine yönlendirmek zorunda kaldım.

Escazu Chocolates, a bean-to-bar chocolate shop in Raleigh, North Carolina, sources most of its beans from Latin America. The shop said it has always worked with smaller farmers and paid them three to four times the commodity price of cacao – which essentially sets the minimum wage. And like many small businesses in America, Escazu is being hit by President Donald Trump’s tariffs, affecting not just the chocolate, but also aluminum in its packaging.
